control for over 15 years. Our production facilities are ISO 9001 certified
and Innovation™ was recently endorsed by the 2008 Olympic
Committee.

is currently developing its distribution network throughout North America and
\ owns
one of the industry's most sophisticated manufacturing and powder coating
facilities. XCEL’s® manufacturing plant is
strategically located in Wuxi technology park, an hour North of Shanghai.
XCEL's®
environmentally friendly plants have the capability to produce a high volume
of component fencing at substantially lower costs. XCEL’s
