1. Set posts and affix panel brackets.
2. Assemble fence panel onsite or offsite*.
3. Attach lower rail.
4. Attach center rail.
4. Attach upper rail.
5. Insert two designated pickets to secure frame.
6. Insert remaining pickets through upper rails.
7. Upon picket insertion through lower rail, use a flat 
    screwdriver to gently nudge pre-inserted spring clip
    (located in picket bottom) up and into "on" position.
8. Push picket bottoms up into lower rail to complete.

*Offsite assembly (recommended): Assemble on work bench or smooth surface.

For pre-assembled fence sections:

1. Set posts and affix panel brackets.
2. Install fence panels.
3. Complete with included 1-way tamper proof bolts.
